About me

With a Master's degree in Peace, Mediation, and Conflict Research, I've cultivated a diverse skill set through both academic study and professional experience. My main areas of interest include working with activists, BIPOC and LGBTQI+ communities with an intersectional approach.

My expertise extends further to include proficiency in conflict prevention, anti-discrimination, inter-faith dialogue, and human rights, allowing me to tailor solutions effectively. I bring a wealth of experience in security and non-profit work, having contributed to the civil society sectors.

My work within the NGO sector has been concentrated on project management roles in security, conflict prevention, and anti-racism education. Throughout my career, I have worked on various applied research projects, including transnational collaborative projects on conflict and hate speech. I have also worked with faith communities on increasing the security and resilience of at-risk religious sites and communities across Europe.

As a security consultant, I have successfully incorporated monitoring and evaluation (M&E) into Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) and Safety and Security Management Plans (SSMPs) to provide practical solutions to improve safety and security. I also possess experience in performing travel and event risk assessments, as well as organizing both in-person and online training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
